EBAN Research Lab is an independent research and development initiative led by the Managing Partner behind EBAN Abogados (Spain) and EBAN Legal USA.
The Lab provides technological research, software development and strategic support to legal, editorial and digital projects. Its work focuses on practical innovation, digital autonomy and the responsible application of technology to professional environments.
Public research activities are conducted under the Trabant Systems brand, which serves as the platform for publishing technical documentation, experimental software, Linux-based operating systems and artificial intelligence research.
Current research divisions include:
- DDR Lab – Debian Distribution Research, focused on Linux Trabant and lightweight professional computing.
- AI Directives – Research on artificial intelligence, human decision-making and practical AI governance.
In parallel, Independent Edition publishes essays, technical papers and independent research related to technology, law and contemporary society.
